Printing: FPDF error: Image file has no extension and no type was specified: .jpg

When I try to print in osTicket 1.7.2 i get the error: "FPDF error: Image file has no extension and no type was specified: .jpg".

Anyone seen this before? Software Problem or Serverproblem? How can I troubleshoot?

Just found a partial solution

I have a customised company logo in .jpg format

I reset to the default logo in .png format

And report created without a problem

Clearly the progam is not able to process the .jpg
