Staff couldn't open assigned tickets

Hello together,

i have searched in other threads but i couldn't find the solution for my problem. If one staff is assigned to a ticket another staff in the same department of the ticket isn't able to view the ticket also. That's espacially a problem if one member is in holiday or the staff is working in shifts.

I have found some threads where users have exactly the diametrically opposite issue. I don't understand ... :)

furthermore i have the problem, that the tickets are truncated sometimes at the part of the first german "umlaut".

i really like this helpdesk system and i have searched a very long time to find a system like that.. :) really good.

all the other systems are overload with functions that are only needed by a small percentage of users.

i 've found the solution for the issue. you can close an delete this silly thread. five times i read over the checkbox under settings.. :( thanks anyway
