Hey all! We are using OS tickets 1.7. We would like to customize the reports page so that help topics only display based on the user logged in. For example, if John Doe is logged in and views the reports...we won't want John Doe to see stats on help topics that are created within the department that John Doe Belongs in. We don't want other departments viewing stats from other departments. Anyone have a customization for this?
