Hello,

After a fresh install of osTicket 1.7.2 on IIS i get the following error after going to /support/scp/ :

Authentication Required

Fatal error: mcrypt_create_iv(): Could not gather sufficient random data in C:\SITES\DOMAIN\support\include\class.crypto.php on line 170

Does anyone have a clue to fix this?
