Hi,
In my extra-work organization everybody could answer on thread. What I need is to allow an answer by email by everyone (staff or not).
The only way to do that is to check a ticket id in the subject like
If the ticket is deleted or close, a new one is opened with a new number.
I work in a tech support and that is the way we do.
The check of email AND ticketid is not bad but should be deactivated in my own opinion.
