Hello all, first post - and I have searched the forum just to see if anybody had a similar query to no joy.
Our system involves central admin users assigning all tickets that are sent in by a client.
Rather than alerting the client when the ticket has been logged, we would rather email the client when the ticket has been assigned.
I'm hoping it is easily do-able in the class.ticket.php file as there is already a process in built to e-mail the staff member when allocated.
All I need to do is code in the client as a recipient of this very same message. Any help would be amazing and greatly appreciated. I've found some bits around line 600 that look juicy but cannot work it out for myself sadly!
