Dear community,
I've set up osTicket on my website (LunarPages Basic) but unfortuantely no emails will be sent at all.
There is an option in cPanel which implements email piping, however, this is not supported via LPCP (my account presently uses this). It will cost extra charges extra and since I need to move to another server it will take days until the website is available again, which is not an option. Not due to the extra costs but because of the downtime.
So in the end are there any alternatives that I can review? Sadly I haven't found any solution yet.
This means that LunarPages Basic isn't compatible with osTicket at all?
Very sad, the support hasn't sent further information neither.
