OKAY first of all I stopped using OSTicket last year because it was frustrating to set up, email that is. So I signed up for Zendesk.. but its so expensive. So i am trying again, because OsTicket just does more in the first place.
I managed to get email to pipe to eh system, with attachments! Hooray for me!
Now it is just me working here, but I need to get a copy of all emails coming in. Not sure how to do that? I have 3 departments set up, and a new staff member coming in soon. I just figured out how to get an email to both ME(Staff) and a email client.. it worked! HOORAY again. But I replied on the email client side and received nothing on the STAFF side only! hmmmm
Any suggestions on what I am missing in the backend.
