We are currently using Hesk helpdesk, and we seem to be outgrowing it quiet rapidly. Has anyone migrated from HESK to osTicket?
Hello. I'm new one, so sory if I do something wrong. I've got the same problem as above. We have HESK system from 5 years and know we realy need to change it for osTicket. Is there any way to migrate?
