Hi all,
I've just installed Osticket with Apache as a test and it looks great so far. I've made a few basic tweaks to the settings so far. I've removed the default billing department and added a few of my own. However, when I try and submit a test ticket, when I try and choose department I can still only pick from the default 'Support' and 'Billing'.
Are there some options somewhere else that I have to change like a ticket template or something?
