I've seen some posts here but no solutions.
Why in the world is not possible to make ostickets fetch the emails with attachments and insert them correctly in the tickets system?
If I send an email without attchment the emil is fetched and the ticket created but if the email has a permitted attachment, the email is not fetched at all.
Can someone help?
