I am trying to get users authentication from ad. I am on iis 7.5, windows 2008. After I configured admin panel -> LDAP setting, it returned a blank page. Also $ds = ldap_connect($server) doesn't return anything (blank). My question is does osTicket application have to be on the AD server? What does it mean if $ds returns nothing? how can I get them connected? Thanks.
