Dear seniors, I know Osticket uses no-reply email address for alerting the users. But at this time we don't have any no-reply address. And we didn't configured no-reply Email address in Osticket settings or Email settings. But Osticket is sending automatically emails at no-reply@ourdomain.com. Due to which we are getting mailer-daemon notice errors from our Email provider. And due to these emails Osticket opens a new ticket. Please help me in this problem, how I can stop Osticket to send emails at no-reply@........
