I'm having a curious issue with osticket skipping some of the emails in the mailbox it is told to collect from.
none of the emails appear to be any different to the others, one is plain text and the others are 'normal html' emails. they do not appear to ahve anything in common, they have different priorities, sensitivities, some have been replied to or forwarded.
Out of 37 test emails there was 5 skipped/ignored.
Any suggestions on what to check?
