I would like to know why my new template is marked as "no in-use" ?
How can I do to mark it as "yes" in-use ?

1. Admin Panel -> Departments
2. select the department you want to edit.
3. scroll down to "Email Templates".
4. Select the new template.
If a template is not in use by a department, it will show In Use: No.
