Windows 2008 R2 Install

Has anyone installed OSTicket on Windows 2008 R2 and IIS?.

I have the latest version of MySQL and PHP installed.

During set up, I get this message

osTicket installer requires ability to write to the configuration file include/ost-config.php

I have tried everything to try and get around this issue

Try giving it permission to read/write on the file mentioned for user

SERVERNAME\IUSR_SERVERNAME

It's either that user or SERVERNAME\IIS_IUSRS and I cannot remember which atm.
