Post internal note: optional title and note message

Department transfer: optional note message

Assign / Reassign ticket: optional note message

i want change this because if i assign the ticket to myself and without reason i don't want to appear in internal notes messages without sense...

I need your help here :)

a little bug

maybe I'm not the only one who see that little bug (on Assign / Reassign ticket) if you don't select a person... you cant see the text error, what supposed to be "Select assignee".
