Hello,
osTicket is definately a great product by any standards.
Since this is a suggestions thread, i would want to put across a few ideas
Ability to assign a ticket to more than one team member, and probably thier role (senior technician, NetAdmin, System Admin, etc)
Calendering service for task dates, etc
User Registration
Users should be managed by thier managers, in case there are multiple companies being supported
more granular Access List controls /
