Behind a FIREWALL

Hello to everyone,

Im having a big issue opening a ticket, creating, or anything I do when Im in my office computers, I get kicked out. I have 10 diferente computers, and all of them Im experiencing the same problem when I log in to the OsTicket. Obviously Im behing a firewall, and I think thats why Im having this issue.

The Osticket works great at home which Im not behind a firewall.

Do I need to open any ports in my office router?

Can anyone help please.

Hey Carlos,

I'm pretty sure that if the problem was a firewall you would not get to a login prompt in the first place.

Are you running your own webserver -or- do you have it hosted with a web host somewhere?

If you are hosting it yourself please provide a little information about the server (PHP ver, MyQSL ver, Webserver Software ver).

Thanks for replying. Im not hosting it myself, its in some other State. At home the OSticket works great, its only in my office, and I do have a router that has a firewall, and Im just curious to know if I need to open up a port on my router, do you know, or any suggestions?

Disable "Bind Staff Session to IP" in Admin Panel > Settings tab.
