Hello to everyone,
Im having a big issue opening a ticket, creating, or anything I do when Im in my office computers, I get kicked out. I have 10 diferente computers, and all of them Im experiencing the same problem when I log in to the OsTicket. Obviously Im behing a firewall, and I think thats why Im having this issue.
The Osticket works great at home which Im not behind a firewall.
Do I need to open any ports in my office router?
Can anyone help please.
