i have try to add new filed for the users but it dosent work

i can see and fill the new fields on the "new ticket" site.
Database entries ok - only the checkboxes dosent work but in the second field "ProductKey" and his entrie is ok
But in the admin area i see nothing. I miss on this playce also this informations for my statistic - whats wrong ? can anyone help me?
i mean this site: /scp/tickets.php?id=...
i want to add 10 new fields (Airline, Flightnumber,Date, Time, ...)
on my: open.php page
