Error Message when clicking on 'New Ticket'

Hi there i"m new to this forum and only today discovered this fab software

Just testing my support and on the home page of the helpdesk http://immadeeasier.com/HelpDesk(http://immadeeasier.com/HelpDesk)

If you check the 'new ticket' box in the middle of the page you get the following error message

"Forbidden

You don't have permission to access /HelpDesk/open.php on this server.

Additionally, a 500 Internal Server Error error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request."

But, if you click on the 'new ticket' above, you can add your ticket

Please advise what I need to do to rectify this

EDIT - I've found another thread suggesting changing permissions - I tried that it didnt work

The link is working in the nav bar at the top of the page but the body of the page with the main invitation to open New Ticket is failing

I'm not a coder but will give anything a go with a bit of instruction - please help :)

I went to the page you linked and both the nav and button to open a new ticket work for me.

I opened a test ticket from the button and it reported that it made the ticket. I did not see any errors.

If you continue to see errors like this you should probably consult your php error log and see if there is an error being recorded there.
