All data has disappeared from the interface

This is really strange. Today when I logged in all tickets were gone and all users were gone (including the one I had just logged in with. The only thing in the log was the install notification. The data is still in the database and the config file is still correctly pointing at the database. Permissions are Correct. I'm stumped. Any pointers would be appreciated!

It is still pointing to the correct database?

Open your config file. It should be one of the following:

/include/ost-config.pgp

/include/ostconfig.php

/include/settings.php

Scroll down to #Mysql Login Info. Specifically look at DBNAME, DBUSER, and DBPASS. Also while you are here you might want to make sure that TABLE_PREFIX is correct also.

Out of curiosity did you ever remove the /setup dir?
