Is it possible to add an input into the new ticket form ?

Hello Everybody,

I would like to know if it is possible to add a text input (into the new ticket form) to ask the cellular of the client ? (see attachment)

I think it is not difficult to do that but I have to add the field in the database also ?

I am now able to add an input.

I would like to know if it is possible to see the new information in the admin page ?
