Hello all you PHP Mod folks. You have done some great work and I thank you form the bottom of my 2 man IT company heart. I have a need to get my instance to allow the staff to reply to tickets from e-mail. Let me work the example out...
1. A user submits a ticket either via e-mail or the web interface.
2. an automated e-mail is sent to the user and the support person.
3. The support staff is on the road in the car with his iPhone or other device and sees the e-mail come in.
4. (HERES WHERE I WNAT THE MOD TO COME IN) I would like for the staff to be able to pull over and click reply to the e-mail. when the staff hits send the e-mail is sent to the system, appends his/her response to the end user, and then send the e-mail to the user who submitted the ticket with a time stamp on the ticket.
5. Allow the end user and support staff to have a continued dialog via e-mail while always attaching to the ticket.
