Error 29 File '.\tickets\ost_ticket_lock.MYD' not found

Hello Everybody,

I'm a new OS Ticket user.

I installed the os ticket system.

I configured autoresponses to enable for all options.

I have this error : DB Error #29

This is the description of the error :

File '.\tickets\ost_ticket_lock.MYD' not found (Errcode: 2)

I have several error messages :

File '.\tickets\ost_ticket_lock.MYD' not found (Errcode: 2)

Do you have CLI or a web interface that will allow you to look at your table data?

Take a look at ost_ticket_lock.

I'm guessing that something is listed as locked, and shouldn't be? You should be able to delete all the records in that table with out it adversely effecting anything. (back it up before you do just in case!)

Thank you very much for your reply.

In fact, the problem is present only when I'm in local. I put my site on my hoster and I tried, all is working now.

I'm very happy with this system, that's great.
