Linking Problem for home pages

We saw shocking problem. Pls help me.

I've inserted few link in "header.inc.php" and it's working fine for normal use but when user logged with ticket id/email, in that case no any link working except "New Ticket", "My Ticket" "logout".

Suppose user want to click on "Contact US" link, no any changes.

Anyone help highly appreciated.

Have you edited BOTH header.inc.php files? there is one in "/include/staff" and "/include/client". from the error you descibe it sounds like you have edited only the "/include/staff".

I agree with hotwired007's assessment. There are two header.inc.php's one for staff and one for clients. If you want both to see changes you would have to modify both files.
