We are using this software for one department (IT) more than one year and is working fine.
Now I wanted to use OSTICKET for more than one department an dhence configured like that.
The problem faced here is as follows.
Let us assume that I have created depts like IT, electrical, civil depts.
If a manager or staff from electrical deparment logins in to osticket and wanted to assign the job to electrical staff its listing all the staffs of all the departments.
The requirement is that if a user form one dept logs in reassign ticket should show only his dept staff names.
where should I do the change in the code.
Please clarify.
