auto open ticket

while user replies to a "closed" ticket, then that ticket has to be change to "Open" , but still that ticket status was in closed status..

pl guide me.. how to makes this..

no it`s not working... it still in closed status.. in backend something got changed.. if users reply to the ticket, after submitting the "Post reply" button "it says page cannot be displayed" he press enter again, then the page got reloaded with replied mesg...

2 issues now("page cannot be displayed" and another is "auto open" while user reply")

I am unable to replicate this on my installations.

Have you modified the source and are you running 1.6ST?

yes, i have modified the source.. need to get back that file alone.. pl help

You haven't told us what file(s) you edited. But if you need a file just go to "Downloads" at the top of the page and download the source. Then you will have vanilla copies of all the files.

Use a program like WinMerge (Open Source... at http://winmerge.org(http://winmerge.org)) to compare your files and folders with the 'vanilla' version to see what you've changed.

it will be very helpful, if you provide few file suggestion (the file related to this issue)

If I had to guess I would start in /include/class.ticket.php

You should really just restore to vanilla or utilize a diff utility.
