i'm trying to make to get work attachments with a network folder.
I've created network folder and set up all required permission on it. I mount it as smb share with full access.
The problem is that i can't save this folder as "attachment folder" in osTicket settings.(error msg - "folder must be properly specified and writable").
After i tested another variant.
First i unmounted network share. Than i connected local folder(mountpoint) in osticket settings. After that i mounted network share again...it works, users can attach files, i can see them in network folder...but unable to open that files from osticket web interface (error msg - "No such file").
If someone succeed with network shares for attachment - please give you reply)
