I work in an IT department and we are in the process of switching over to OSTicket. We support all of our internal departments. Here is my question.
Employee A works in the printing department and needs to put in a ticket. Is there a way that employee A's supervisor is notified whenever they (or anyone else is the printing department) submit a ticket?
I guess I am asking if there is a way for the structural setup of departments to be applied to clients as well. Any help is greatly appreciated.
