I am having a issue, when a user who already has a ticket open, if they try to create a new one, they will get a blank page that says:
"Please fill in the form below to open a new ticket."
But below there is nothing to fill out. The page breaks after that point. I am thinking it is a file/folder permission issue, but I am unsure of what to change to fix this.
Any help would be greatly appreciated! Thanks.
Edit: Not using Capticha. Figured I would add that in here since I see all other posts that have this issue are capcha related.
