I co ntracted with a local guy to build me a dbase for clients who buy a product and a service or both. He used os ticket as the program and was making edits, custom changes from my needs. Was paid and disappeared. Now I need some help to determine if this can be finished using os ticket or just can it. Hopefully I can find someone in Phx. Help if you can. Willing to pay for help but budget is now limited.

I was trying to understand what you were looking for you said that the guy was building a database for your customers who buy products...

Do you acually have os ticket up and running on your server.
