Changing ost-config.php permissions on Server 2008

Hi everyone,

I have Windows Server 2008 + IIS 7 configured with OsTicket. Everything appears to be working correctly except I can't seem to fix the permissions issue with ost-config.php

Here is a screenshot of the permission dialog:

Yet, I still get this message:

Please change permission of config file (ost-config.php) to remove write access. e.g chmod 644 ost-config.php

So I'm a little stumped, I tried Google and searching these boards but I haven't found much I can try without configuring FTP on the server so I can try set unix permissions (which doesn't seem like it would work anyways but I can try if I need to)

on my win7 pro xampp install all I had to change was the file attribute to read only... (see attached screenshot)

I tried that and I got a permission denied error message. I'll try it again.

edit:

I checked the box to inherit permission from parent object again, and when I checked read only I didn't get the access denied error that time.
