We use OSticket for a while now, just standard.
A customer wanted osticket as well and we installed it. But the users seem more demanding than we are :)
Can you guys shed some light on these demands if they are possible? and with what mod. if not possible, I will have to look to another solution
They want:
Staff users to add inline screenshots to replies to explain customers what to do
Staff users to be able to add more then one attachment
Staff members to reply to customers via outlook (where the can add inline screenshots and more than one att.
To be able to add CC addresses to a ticket (the customers CEO for example)
Add an inline spell checker
