I am trying to rectify this issue, but unable to understand the reason.
My Attachment settings are as below
Attachments Settings
Allow Attachments: checked Yes
Emailed Attachments: checked Yes
Online Attachments: checked Yes
Staff Response Files: checked Yes
Attachment Folder: Web URL
on saving the settings, it was successfully updated without any errors.
Now when a client opens to log in a ticket, there is no option of uploading an attachment???
I wonder why so.
Can anyone help me please
