Hello all,
I tried to implement my own modification over a existing MODs (Insert Last Update Column in Ticket List Page in osTicket v1.6 RC5)
(Mod Request: Who's turn to respond)
I just want to add a column on the right side in tickets view page that shows name and surname of last message (regardless it is a client or staff reply) :(
Can anyone help me?
