Directory Listing Denied

I followed exact same step for installing OCTICKET... and gave 777 permission to secure.inc.php file and afte trying to installing typing www.edropp.in/support(www.edropp.in/support) address bar is says "DIRECTORY LISTING DENIED"... Please help :)

Are you sure you have already uploaded all osTicket files into your /support/ sub-directory above?

I don't think you should give 777 permission to the secure.inc.php file. I think you should give that 777 permission to the /include/ost-config.php file. Please read this: http://www.osticket.com/wiki/Installation(http://www.osticket.com/wiki/Installation)

That message comes from the web server - sounds like it doesn't have 'Indexes' enabled for that directory (and probably others).
