Add some new ticket fields?

I need some more informations if a user will create a ticket. I don`t find how I can handle this. Is there any chance to add some new fields like "building" etc.

I've replied to this with a link, but awaiting moderation. You need to look in the mods and customisations forum and search for "Adding a New Field to tickets"

It will require some editing of the php include files. I managed it and I have pretty much no experience with php

this will only show tickets that have progress set in them, which is not the same as showing all tickets. If you created this custom ticket field after you have already created some tickets, they will not have that field defined, and thus they will never show up on this ticket query.
