Hi all, I am hoping you can help me out.
The system send emails fine and even fetches email (when I reply to a ticket) and logs the email to the ticket. But it doesn't not create a new ticket if I just send an email.
Is there a special subject or phrase in the message that will create a new ticket?
With my host I can not have cronjobs so have enabled auto cron
osTicket 1.6
Enabled: Auto Cron
Enabled: POP/IMAP email fetch
Dissabled: email piping
Outgoing Emails: none use php
Default System Email: osticket@mydomain.com
Default Alert Email: use above
System Admin Email Address: support@mydomain.com
Is there a walk through for pop/imap set up?
