Let me start by saying that i really love OsTicket, this is by far the best free Support tools i ever layed may hands on.
But.... there is always a but :)
I have a question about captcha
I would like to place captcha on my view ticket page, the page where people can add a message on a existing ticket. This to prevent flooding
I tried to place it myself but it wont work,
I hope someone can help me with this im not a php guru but with some help il will get there. I looked on this forum for a mod but i couldn't find it.
