I recently installed osTicket and its great. I've been working through adding a few mods and just have one thing left that needs sorted before running a pilot.
I have added (this mod ) to the ticket.php page so I can tell which tickets in the queue require immediate attention - i.e the customer has replied to the ticket creation email.
The problem is, it seems as though when you create a New Ticket online (rather than being triggered from an email) the last respondant appears to be the client. This means that the 'last updated by' column lists 'client' rather than 'staff'. Anybody know why this is ?
