Hi,
I've been playing around for a few years with osticket without any problem until a few weeks ago, when it stopped fetching the incoming mails. I've double-checked the mail settings and it doesn't show any message problem (I already tried with incorrect info and it shows the connection error).
Although I cannot check the cron service in the server (it's a remote one, not local) the auto-cron is enabled for this account, and the fetch interval set to 5 minutes.
Does anyone knows why can be the system failing?
