Just need a bit of information. I have OSTicket installed and running with Webuzo on the Cloud Server i.e AWS Amazon Cloud. Webuzo allows me to launch instances of different types. I launched OSTicket with a micro-instance. Is it allright for OSTicket to keep running os should I change instance-type?
I don't see why you would need to? If it runs fine with the allocated resources, just keep it running, unless you don't want to pay for it.
