@hotwired007,u really do not have to say anything if the first thing that was to come out of your mouth was to indicate a frustrated angry person. Do you think that I would be here to ask for help if i had not checked every settings.If u dont have anything constructive to say, just keep your response to yourself and let sensible people who are willing to help me out respond to my question.
This kind of reply is not the best way to get help from people in forums that just want help you.
You wrote that you just recently installed Osticket and our colleague hotwired007 indicated you the first thing that you must check. You will be surprised when you see the amount of people that request help on forums without checking anything.
Really do you think that hotwired007 would have responded to your question if he don“t want to help?? omg
On the other hand, to solve your issue please check your smtp config in php.ini file. There is a lot of information about it in this forum.
