I have just installed a fresh copy and seems to be working fine if you create tickets (as a user or Admin), the system sends the user an email, you can then login and update the ticket using the info or link in the email.
However, IF you reply to the email sent from osTicket then nothing appears....
The same if you send a new email to the department email address...
In Admin/Settings:
Enable POP/IMAP email fetch is enabled.
Outgoing emails are set to use PHP Mail
Auto Cron Enabled
Under Email Settings
Username & Password entered for IMAP/POP Login
Mail Account is disabled
SMTP settings are disabled
Also, where can the emal text be located, I was thinking of just having communication with the users only via the system rather than Email anyway but would to change the text in the outgoing emails.
