Hi. I have tried locating this question before asking but as im not exactly sure how to search for my issue it might be the reason im not getting a result. However..
When a new ticket is made by a customer, it does not send an email to notice me about it. I have been searching on the subject but english is my second language so that might be the missing link ;)
Is there a way to set it so that everytime a new ticket comes in, it auto sends an email to me?
That way i dont have to check the site every day for new tickets...
