Hello, I have a problem in osTicket.
I installed osTicket just now, yesterday, and it didn't work to begin with - I haven't touched the coding.
My problem is that I cannot open tickets, not as a "staff" and not as a guest. I created a fictive ticket, as a test - and I tried to view it in the staff-panel, but when clicking it; nothing happened. The page reloaded, with a new url (domain/scp/tickets.php?id=3), but the page shows the same...
and there is also this text, above the ticket list: Unknown ticket ID#58.
on all the other pages in staff-panel it says: Unknown ID#58
allways the same number, and it is there without me making a request of any ticket or anything... what is this?
has anyone seen the same before?

THis is displayed AFTER i click the "test" link to the ticket, but is is the SAME as before I click!
