I have spent so much time on this forum, googling and contacting my provider and still cant save my gmail account on OSticket (times out)
My provider assures me no ports blocked.
What I'm confused with is the following line from OSticket setup guide:
In order to use GMail, your host must support SSL, so osTicket can negotiate the secure connection.
Does this mean that I have to buy a SSL license to get this gmail account working? I doesn't seem that other users did it on this forum....
Btw, it works with another non-gmail email account but as I use a professional email account from gmail I have to get it working with them...
