When a user submits a ticket, or when a staff answers a ticket, the system waits to be sent.
The ticket if it was sent, but to return to browsing the web, you must restart the browser, since the ticket are "sending" forever.
How I can fix this?

Have you modified your version of OS from stock code base?
What web browser are you experiencing this behavior on?
I have never seen or heard of a similar issue and I've used multiple versions of IE, Firefox, Opera, and Chrome.

Where you change the OS version in the stock code base?
I was asking if you modified the source code of OST(icket) from the download distribution, or if you had a stock install.
I installed OS only in Spanish, I have not done any other modifications.
