Install problems..

Hi All

Need some help here - have installed osticket as per ins on the site, made a new Directory called support FTP all the files and run.. everthing was fine..

until I find that the Helpdesk URL: points to http://www.merlin1.co.uk/support/upload(http://www.merlin1.co.uk/support/upload) which I thought would have been installed in the support Directory.

Could anyone help me on this?? I have removed the system 3 times now thinking that I have missed or over looked something!!:

Uploaded the whole archive and not the contents of the upload folder huh? :)
